PAYMENTS

At the end of EVERY MONTH affiliates receive a check for commissions earned that month. Affiliate payments are calculated as a percentage of sales through each affiliates website. The sales price is the price a customer pays for an item minues exchanges, returns, fraud or charge backs. To calculate an affiliate’s payment, firacosmetics.com multiplies the commission (expressed as a percent) that corresponds to the amount of sales through that affiliate’s website during the previous month by the amount of sales through that affiliates website during the previous month. Please note sales totals do not include shipping charges.

As we launch our affiliate program we are offering 20% on all sales.

Starting Nov. 1, 2002 commission structure will change to as follows:

10% $500

15% $1000

20% $5000

Affiliate’s Payment = Applicable Commission X Total Sales Through Affiliates Website

Approximately 1 week after the end of EVERY MONTH, Firacosmetics.com will sned each affiliate a check for the commissions earned during that quarter. As an opening incentive Firacosmetics.com will send a commission check for ALL SALES. If you have $1.00 in commissions Firacosmetics.com will send you a check for $1.00. If an item is returned by a customer after the commission for the item has been paid to an affiliate, Firacosmeitcs.comwill subtract the amount of the commission for that item from the next quarterly commission apayment. If there are no subsequent commission payments Firacosmetics.com will send the affiliate a bill for the amount of overpayment immediately due upon receipt.

How does the Firacosmetics.com Affiliate Program Work?

You place a firacosmetics.com link on your website. When a visitor to your website clicks on the link, that visitor will connect directly to the firacosmetics.com homepage, OR the specific PROMOTION page that the link relates to. Every purchase made through the links on your site is tracked and recorded. You receive a commission for every purchase! Firacosmetics.com will create the transaction, process the order and ship the cosmetics directly to your customer. We will also provide you with detailed reports on the traffic and commissions generated by your website. Firacosmetics.com will send you a check every month for commissions earned during the previous month.

Does it cost me anything to participate?

Firacosmetics.com will review all potential Firacosmetics.com Affiliate Applications. However, Firacosmetics.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any application for any reason or no reason. In particular, Firacosmetics.com will not accept any Affiliate Applications submitted by websites that contain material deemed objectionable, including websites that:

° Promote pornography, violence, explicit language, illegal activities or violation of intellectual property rights or laws;

° Discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.

Firacosmetics.com also will not accept any Affiliate Applications submitted by vendors or employees of Firacosmetics.com.

Can I become a Firacosmetics.com Affiliate if I don't have a website?

YES. Affiliate Applications received from persons that do not operate a live website will be considered. You must be able to describe

How much can I earn?

As an affiliate, your earnings potential is unlimited. Affiliate payments are calculated as a percentage of sales through your website. You earn 20% on all sales thru November 1, 2002. After which time commission payouts are as follows.

How often do I receive payment for sales through my website?

Firacosmetics.com pays affiliates every month for all commissions earned during the previous month.

How does Firacosmetics.com track my commissions?

Firacosmetics.com manages and tracks all visitors that enter the Firacosmetics.com website through links on each affiliate website. This information is updated daily and can be accessed by affiliates through a password protected location on the Firacosmetics.com Affiliate-Manager administration website.

Can I take orders for Firacosmetics.com's footwear products on my website?

IF you wish to sell Fira Products on your website please contact Fira directly or checkout our wholesale site for ordering Fira Products. http://www.firadirect.com/

Can I earn commissions on items I purchase?

Yes. All purchases made through links on your website generate commissions.
