(Frequently Asked Questions)

1.       How long after I placed my order will I receive it?

 

Once you place an order you receive a confirmation letter from FIRA to let you know we have received your purchase.  From that point it takes us approximately 2-3 days to send out your order. It should arrive to you within 10 to 14 days.

 

2.       How do you send my order out to me?

 

All products are shipped via the United States Postal mail service. UPS and FedEx are NOT used when shipping out mail orders or internet orders to our retail customers.

 

 

3.       Do you ship outside the United States ?

 

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the U.S.   With custom laws and regulation it is not feasible to our customers or us to send orders outside of the U.S.   Our products are however sold across the world. You can inquiry about your country by emailing our customer service department at yo@firacosmetics.com

                    

4.       Why are there shipping and handling charges?

 

Shipping and handling is not just the cost of postage for mailing your products.  It includes the cost of the packaging, labeling and the salaries of those packaging the shipments for quick delivery.

 

5.       How can I place and order if I don’t have a credit card?

 

Although our site does not accept checks online, we do however have a catalog department.  You can request a catalog by emailing us at yo@firacosmetics.com or calling our customer service department at (845) 398-3340 between 9am and 5pm EST. Our catalog has the same products that you see online and accept checks and money orders.

 

6.       Do you sell your products in stores?

 

You can find FIRA cosmetics in retail stores around the country.  You can find FIRA products in many popular beauty supply stores and drug stores.

 

7.       How will I know if there are any new specials?

 

Member of www.FIRAcosmetics.com will get notices to announce any new specials, features and new products. Sweepstakes, giveaways and raffles are also announced to members via Email.

 

8.       How do I get the promotion specials to work on my order? When I get to the checkout screen it is still charging the full price.

 

It is important that when you are checking out that you type the promotion code in the box marked >>

PROMOTION CODE:     If you enter it incorrectly our database won’t recognize the code and you won’t

                                     receive the benefit of the promotion special.

 

9.       Are your promotions available when I order through the catalog?

                    

Not all of our web site promotions are available in our catalog.  We do however have many specials and combination packages available through our mail order department.

 

10.   How can I check on my order after I placed it?

 

Once you place an order you receive a confirmation email verifying that our web site has received it and is beginning the process to fill it and ship it out to you ASAP!  It takes 2-3 days for the processing of orders and 10 to 14 days for it to arrive to you.  If it extends beyond this time frame you can email our customer service department at yo@firacosmetics.com or call us at (845)398-3340.
